The following General Terms and Conditions apply to all events offered by Maison Victor (sound retreats, mental training, singing bowl sessions, Matrix Rhythm Therapy, workshops, seminars and salons), regardless of the venue.Michèle Victor Adamski is solely responsible for the organisation and delivery of the events. She is not a tour operator or travel agent. Accommodation must be booked separately (e.g. at Victor’s Farmhaus or in the surrounding area).1. Conclusion of Contract
A binding contract is concluded upon booking via the website or by e-mail. The contract only becomes effective once you receive a written booking confirmation by e-mail.2. Scope of Services
The scope of services and prices are set out in the respective event description. Changes to individual programme items or the cancellation of individual parts do not entitle participants to a price reduction or refund.3. Prices and Payment
All prices are final prices including VAT. The full amount is due immediately upon booking. Payment by bank transfer, PayPal or credit card is possible.4. Cancellation by the Participant
Cancellation is possible at any time and must be made in writing by e-mail. The following cancellation fees apply:
Up to 12 weeks before the event: 50 % of the event fee
Up to 8 weeks before the event: 75 % of the event fee
From 4 weeks before the event and in case of no-show: 100 % of the event fee
A substitute participant may be nominated at any time. We strongly recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance.5. Cancellation by the Organiser
If the minimum number of participants is not reached, the event may be cancelled up to 7 days prior. In this case the full fee will be refunded. In the event of serious illness of Michèle Victor Adamski, participants will receive a voucher for the amount already paid (valid for 18 months), redeemable for any future Maison Victor event. If a qualified substitute is provided, this will be accepted by participants and will not result in a price reduction.6. Force Majeure
In the event of force majeure (e.g. natural disasters, strikes, flight cancellations), there is no right to a refund. We strongly recommend appropriate travel insurance.7. Health Requirements
Participation is at your own risk and responsibility. Please inform Michèle Victor Adamski in advance of any existing health conditions, illnesses or pregnancy. In the case of serious illnesses, participation is only possible with a medical certificate of no objection. Michèle Victor Adamski reserves the right to decide on participation in case of doubt.8. Liability
Liability for personal injury or damage to health is excluded unless caused by intent or gross negligence. Each participant confirms that they are participating at their own risk and are adequately insured. Maison Victor accepts no liability for third-party services (e.g. accommodation or transport).9. Photo and Video Recordings
Photographs and video recordings may be made during the event for use on our website and social media channels. By booking you consent to this. You may revoke your consent on site before any recording is made.10. Data Protection
All personal data is treated confidentially and used exclusively for the processing of the booking and the event. The provisions of the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (DSG) apply.11. Applicable Law and Place of Jurisdiction
Swiss law applies. Place of jurisdiction is Montreux.Status: April 2026
